Operation Christmas Smile (a project of Caring Big Foundation) serves as an entity that works closely with businesses, for-profit, non-profit, and community organizations in efforts to collect items donated by the local community, and distribute them to orphan and foster children. More importantly, we were established to aid local organizations in the efforts of helping orphan and foster children enjoy the seasons. Our mission and goal is to place a care package or gift into the hands of every orphan and foster children in the city of Phoenix and the surrounding metropolitan area.
